OP's Blender stopped saving fleur.blend tonight. Instead it writes a same-named file with a "blend@" extension, which is valid and opens fine. Renaming it back lets them keep working, but the problem keeps coming back.
Symptom: Saves go to a "blend@" file, not fleur.blend, and the error reads "Cannot change old file (file saved with @)."
Suspected cause: OP thinks it's a write permission problem, but says no other program has a lock on the folder, and it's their main local drive.
Tried so far: Unchecking "compress file" in preferences and the save window worked for a few minutes, then the error returned.
